Easy Activation
You can easily set up your QNB card for Tap to Pay through the QNB Mobile Banking app.
- Log in to the QNB Mobile Banking app on your Android device.
- Tap “Tap to Pay” icon on the home page.
- Select the card you want to register, and press Add card to Tap to Pay.
- Read and accept the Tap to Pay Terms & Conditions.
- Enter OTP to complete the registration.
- Once the card digitization process is completed, a confirmation message will be displayed on the screen, and you will receive an SMS confirmation.
How to Pay?
Option 1: Pay from the App
- Open QNB Mobile Banking App.
- Select Tap to Pay.
- Choose the card you want to use.
- Press Pay button displayed under the card.
- Verify your identity using your device security method (PIN, fingerprint, or facial recognition).
- Hold the device close to the POS terminal to complete the transaction.
Option 2:
- Set QNB Mobile Banking App as your default NFC payment application in your device settings
- Unlock your Android device & hold the device close on the POS terminal.
- The app will request you to verify your identity using your device's security method. (PIN, fingerprint, or facial recognition).
- Hold your device again close to the POS terminal to complete the transaction.
- Your payment will be processed using your default Tap to Pay card.
- Check Your Tap to Pay Transactions: You can view transactions made using Tap to Pay through the QNB Mobile Banking app under the Tap to Pay service.
